Basic Cosmetic Ingredients Seminars

Every year, Matsumoto Trading hosts and runs free basic cosmetic ingredients seminars featuring guest lecturers specializing in different categories of ingredients. Aimed mainly at young cosmetic formulators at many cosmetic companies, these seminars provide them with a basic knowledge and greater understanding of cosmetic ingredients, leading to their contributions to the development of the cosmetics industry.

Exhibiting Products at Various Exhibitions

Matsumoto Trading displays products at exhibitions of cosmetic ingredients in Japan and abroad, including the Cosmetic Ingredients & Technology Exhibition Japan (CITE JAPAN). In years when CITE JAPAN is not held, we host our own launch events and exhibitions for new ingredients. By doing so, we clearly introduce the features of a multitude of new ingredients with nuances that are difficult to convey through catalogs only.

Fundamental Course on Cosmetics Formulation

Four times a year, Matsumoto Trading’s Open Lab hosts a training session aimed at our customers’ young cosmetic formulators to provide them with formulation know-how on skin and hair care products.
